Our Step By Step Mold Inspection Process

Pre-Inspection Interview

  • The mold inspection process we follow is designed to thoroughly evaluate your property and pinpoint any potential mold issues.
  • It always begins with a pre-inspection interview. We ask about the property’s history, past leaks, water damage, and prior mold events.

Visual Inspection

  • Once we understand the background, we begin the visual inspection. We examine walls, ceilings, flooring, and other structural areas for signs of mold growth.
  • We also look for moisture sources such as leaky plumbing, poor ventilation, or areas with chronic humidity. These issues that fuel hidden mold activity.

Moisture Mapping & Air Sampling

  • From there, we use advanced moisture mapping tools to pinpoint damp areas that aren’t visible on the surface. This helps us identify where mold is most likely to develop or spread.
  • Air sampling in key areas of the property to evaluate indoor mold levels and compare them to outdoor baselines. All air and surface samples are sent to an accredited laboratory for detailed analysis, giving you clear, reliable results.

When we inspect your property, our goal is simple:

Detect the problem early, explain it clearly, and guide you toward the right next steps.
